All localities in the 11th Congressional District held caucuses on April 16th to elect state delegates and alternates. These delegates and alternates will attend both the 11th CD convention on May 14 and the Virginia State convention on June 16. Each delegate and alternate is pledged to one of the Presidential candidates (Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders).
