Membership of the 11th Congressional District Democratic Committee is comprised of community members from its two jurisdictions: the City of Fairfax, and Fairfax County.
20 members are elected to four-year terms at a Convention of Democratic voters. Four additional members are selected by those elected, one a member of the General Assembly and three to represent County and City Democratic Committees. Additional ex-officio members are part of the district committee, based on their positions as elected officials or as leaders in Virginia’s Democratic party organization.
